AND, of course, she features in our Active8me workout videos. She is the creator of cardio dance workout called #NTSweat Toning and Cardio. We have worked in person with Nikki so we know she understands, lives and breathes this and her bubbly personality comes through in every aspect of her life. The common theme is generally overcoming their ‘bad’ habits and being committed to living a healthy lifestyle which has resulted in weight loss and happier self-esteem.
